Love this place. Food and service have always been top notch. One of my favorites is the Black and blue chips, if you like bleu cheese it's a must try.

This is a very good restaurant. Not gourmet, but definitely worth your time and money. The steaks are good and the prime rib is definitely excellent The food is well prepared. They have a bustling clientele, which can be difficult if you want an intimate atmosphere. I don't think the waitresses are particularly pleasant, but then again when it's busy, it's hard to be pleasant. Thumbs up.

While attending a H.O.O.V.E.S and vent they caterered! The huge portion of prime rib was juicy and the green beans were seasoned well! I appreciated the assortment of condiments that came with the baked potato. The grilled chicken was moist as well. And the salad had a good mixture of different vegetables. I was grateful to be able to try them because I was just visiting Ohio for a little while, and their food made a difference in my mood and the event that I was attending. They support veterans so I support them!

Lauren D was our server; great sense of humor! And YES, Lauren, you did accidentally photo-bomb! But it's great! See you next year on vacation.

Found the pics from our first visit. You'll see what the interior looked like. Very timely for this year. Will photograph the interior for Xmas. And here is a beautiful shot of the prime rib. Sad to say, doc says no more medium rare for me. Has to be medium from now on( )!

We love our Toledo 2024 Foodie Cards presented by 101.5 The River! Instead of both of us saying, "I don't care, where do you want to go?" We pull out the deck of cards and make a game out of finding a new place to go and eat. Last night, the winner was Whitehouse Inn. I had been there before with my Father, Stepmother, and another couple. Atmosphere is cozy and can get a bit noisy due to lower ceilings. Pics of all the US Presidents and other related items adorn the walls. Smaller restaurant with a nice sized patio for additional seating this time of year. Service was good both times I have been at Whithouse Inn. Food was also good. We started off with the Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer. It is served with mixed greens with an Asian flare. The Ahi had a ginger taste, and that combined with the mixed greens and wasabi was delish! We had the Southwest Steak Salad and Lake Perch as entrees. Both were very good and prepared to our satisfaction. We ogled the desserts, but remained strong. The various cheesecake options (Twix and Oreo) sounded amazing, as did the carrot cake. Maybe another time for us. I am sure we will return for another visit to the Whitehouse Inn.
